Returns & Cancellation Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Simply return the items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund or exchange item minus the postage cost. It will take approximately 5 working days for the money to reach your account. Returns are your responsibility. We do not offer a pre-paid returns service so we recommend you send back items via recorded delivery.
Delivery Policy
We will ship your order (if in stock) within 1 working day and the shipment is expected to reach you within 2-3 working days in Singapore or 5-7 days for other destinations. A recorded delivery method will be used and package attempted to be delivered to your doorstep. In case the attempted delivery is not successful as no one may be available at the address specified, the local method of second delivery attempt / collection may be applied based on the local practice.
